– We make appointments for you to visit potential properties ( limit of 20)
Option Rouge: 1 x month’s rent*

– We direct you to 3 local agents who will be able to help you find further properties
– We direct you to 3 websites (aggregators, private lets) for your chosen area
– We continue to send links to potential properties for the next four weeks
– We make appointments for you to visit potential properties
– We interact with the agent/ property owner for you with any questions
– We check your rental contract is a legal standard and whether there are any anomalies before you sign.
– We help you to gather the list of documents needed in order to be accepted as a tenant.
– We check the proximity of desired local services to your potential property e.g. schools, doctors, bank, Post Office, public swimming pool, specific clubs ( golf, fitness etc)

We appreciate that sometimes a one-size fits all service doesn’t suit everyone therefore we offer an hourly rate for those that need any type of assistance with their property rental, whether it is investigating a certain property, making a phone call for you, checking an email conversation or translating part of a contract.
